CCC is looking for professionals to help students create personal road maps for the future. Professionals will talk to students about their future aspirations and help them come up with specific steps to achieve their goals. CCC will provide a volunteer guide and training prior to the activity so professionals have an opportunity to become familiar with the workshop instruction and goals.

Research shows that students who have a written plan are far more likely to stay in school than those who do not.  Help us ensure that the nearly 400 students in our
OnTrack! program have a personalized plan for the future!
